Wow… Some of these images look unreal! Incredibly beautiful.

    Gorgeous flowers! 🙂

  3. One of my favorite things about being out West is the wildflowers. My kids used to tease me about taking so many flower photos, but it’s hard not to! Lovely photos.

Another great post. We love wildflowers too! Especially love the third photo in the series with the tall stalks and blue thingies.

  5. I love those flowers! Wish I could have been hiking in Montana to see them, too. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks. And I just figured out that you and I kind of share backgrounds…in an opposite way, I guess. I grew up in Boston, but have been in Montana for 30 years, and it sounds like you grew up in Montana and are now in Boston.

      • Isn’t that funny? Though I live in Boston, Montana will always be my “home.” 🙂 Thanks for the great posts- I love reading about Montana and all of your adventures.

Beautiful flowers. So different from the ones we have in the Northeast!

Except for those lady slippers – I remember those from my backyard when I was growing up in Massachusetts. Never saw beargrass or bitterroot, though…and they’re my favorites. Thanks for the comment.
